How long is the Ticket valid?
The ticket provides access for one tour only and can be redeemed at a chosen date within a year from purchase. The date can be changed for free, given the change is made at least 48 hours before the chosen date. On the day of the tour, the ticket will be scanned at the ticket booth at the beginning of the tour, meaning it will be valid for this very trip. Please make sure to be on time, as the bus follows a fixed schedule.

How will the visa fees be waived?
We provide a meet & assist service, meaning someone will come to the airport and process your visa at the airport. However to be able to waive the visa fees we will be needing the full passport details in advance as well as the flight details.
Do I need a Visa to enter Jordan arriving at Aqaba Airport
People holding a non-restricted nationality do not need a visa when arriving in Aqaba, whereas people holding a restricted nationality have to get a before-hand visa from a Jordanian embassy.
Can I enter from a border and exit from another one?
Yes. Persons who hold a restricted nationality Restricted Nationalities and who entered from Wadi Araba need to exit from the same border.
